Unobstructed Aegean Sea views - I felt like I was floating on a cloud, mesmerized by the vast expanse of the Aegean Sea stretching out before me. The view from my apartment was like a breathtaking painting come to life, soothing my soul and rejuvenating my spirit. It was as if the world had melted away, leaving only me and the tranquil beauty of the sea.

I always stay at this place in Livadia. Never regret it. Staff helped me with bug spray. It has Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, kitchen tools, AC, outdoor dining. No pets or smoking. Coming back for Christmas. Perfect for me.

What a blissful experience we had during our recent stay at a beachfront apartment. The sound of the sea was our constant companion, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The unbeatable view from the terrace was a real treat for the eyes. We loved the fact that the apartment was conveniently located just a few steps away from the beach, shops, and the port. The tasteful decor and the presence of all necessary amenities added to our comfort. Plus, the regular cleaning service was greatly appreciated.

The apartment's layout was a bit cramped as a significant portion was taken up by the kitchen and bathroom. This left very little storage space, which proved inconvenient for us.

The owner, Manolis, was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location in the old town was excellent, with shops, cafes, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The nearest beach was just a 15-minute walk, providing total bliss with the sound of the sea. The view from the terrace was unbeatable, and the apartment itself was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The cleaning service was also greatly appreciated. Can't wait to return!
